Egypt and US discuss Gaza ceasefire’s second phase

Egypt and the United States held talks on Sunday regarding the second phase of Gaza ceasefire and the necessity for a ceasefire in Sudan. The discussions took place during a meeting between Egypt Foreign minister Badr Abdelatty and US Deputy of State Christopher Landau. The meeting focused on the political and economic cooperation alongside the regional developments. 


This meeting included the minister of Egyptian Defence Abdel Meguid Saqr to discuss the regional developments. Landau commended Egypt's efforts in international and regional affairs. Saqr has praised the partnership between Egypt and United States particularly in the military and training fields.
